Refund policy

GRÁ does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products, unless it arrives to you damaged and/or broken. In such case, please send a photo of the damaged items to order@graessentials.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package and we will gladly replace for you. We may ask you to send us the broken item.

We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions about a specific product.
